Blues as a Second Language the debut CD by CC Wilson, is now available. The songs range from more typical blues fare, (Baby Ruth and Tombstone Blues) to other songs that stretch the blues genre (Paint You, Share some Regrets with Me). The Cost of Lovin You has a hint of Country/Gospel and takes the listener to still another place. So, Blues as a Second Language does speak a few different musical “languages.”
“I tried to change the genre up enough so that even someone who doesn’t usually like the blues would find something on here that they could hang their hat on. That was the goal and the challenge in doing a blues project.” - CC Wilson.

Blues as a Second Language is an eclectic blend of retro blues with a nod to New Orleans; these songs have danceable grooves and unforgettable melodies! The CD and downloadable mp3s are available for purchase on this website's store, as well as cdbaby and itunes.
